GoogleHighly recommend Moginie James. I made an enquiry on a property after having many unsuccessful attempts. Elli contacted me within half an hour, took the time to understand my situation and ultimately booked me in for a viewing the next day! Karolina met me at the property - her expertise and understanding made the whole experience seem a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleFast and efficient service with my maintenance issue fixed is a timely a professional manner. Mollie in branch kept me up to date with progress and the contractor Any Locks who attended the property fixed the issue with no fuss at all. A very easy an positive experience all round.

FacebookOnce leaving the tenancy, they took our full deposit and blamed maintenance issues with the property. We had to ask for a new dishwasher and washing machine as well as a new back door throughout the tenancy, we made them aware of all problems. We went nearly a week without heating in February with little to no contact off their behalf Awful contact, awful agency with awful staff who couldn’t give a spare thought about your living conditions or money. They took £1,295 over some overgrown bushes and a couple of boxes left in the hall that we couldn’t dispose of (they were made aware of that) Don’t bother with them

FacebookAbsolutely horrendous... The worst estate agents by far. I came across only one person willing to help me with my very difficult, stressful, upsetting, nightmare of a situaton with these people. And that person was part of the maintenence team.... They will rob you blind, be completely ignorant and not have one single care in the world for you. I have no idea how they sleep at night, honestly. The worst thing anyone can do is choose these agents. My experience with them is my biggest ever regret. Hidden fees everywhere (and that's only one out of a million problems) I hope my review is seen by someone considering moginie james (DO NOT DO IT)

I can only hope anybody who reads this review avoids this letting agency AT ALL COSTS! They add unnecessary fees and lied about the property when discussed on the phone. Moginie James add hidden fees here there and everywhere which other letting agencies do not. They're a bunch of cowboys. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I've heard many stories from other people about how poor and dishonest their service was, but my partner and I liked a property so thought we'd pursue it but these stories were true. They also have a habit of deleting negative reviews for fear of prospective buyers/letters seeing the truth. AVOID!

As a reputable agent, we publish all our fees on our website so there is complete transparency as to what fees we charge and when they are payable so we are very concerned to hear you say that some hidden fees have been added and we would very much like to hear from you as to what fees they were as we can look into refunding them to you?. We wholeheartedly support customer review sites and welcome all reviews , both positive and negative as a way of improving the service we offer. We do not delete any of our reviews - we are aware of one review that was recently deleted but after further investigation, we discovered that the review had been removed by the review site, not ourselves, due to the nature of some of the content. We are very disappointed that you have been left with a poor opinion of our company and we welcome the opportunity to put things right for you. FacebookAbsolutely appalling service. Waited a month for any news on the release of our bond, despite contacting them numerous times about this. Left the house absolutely spotless and in much better condition than when we moved in and they charged us £140, which they were not willing to discuss and essentially informed us that if we did not except the charges then we would not get the bond back at all. On leaving the property, despite us cancelling the direct debit in good time, they took an extra months rent early. We are still waiting for this overpayment of rent to be refunded to us and it has been nearly 2 months now. Multiple emails, phone calls and office visits and no refund, apology or explanation as to why we have not been refunded. Will never use them again and would certainly never recommend them to anyone.

After a house fire last week we where left homeless (living out of a hotel room and car boot) a week before our wedding with our 5 month old baby, Cat has been very helpful and understood the urgency of finding a new property, managing to get us in to somewhere new within a week.. Would use Mogine James again in the future.
