I rented, out my two properties with moginie, James, I found that Rob Iyles was very helpful with morgages I understood everything that he was explaining to me. I also found Cat Deeley was extremely helpful, she went out of her way to help me rent my properties, she is extremely friendly person and very good at her job. I am very greatful of everything Cat did to help me find good tenets for both my properties.

Nothing to fault. Every aspect of my sale, and my purchase, as I was able to buy a property that had just come on their books, went very smoothly and efficiently. All viewings are sent by confirmation email so you know who's coming when. Would highly recommend them. Spoke to both Karen and Andrew regularly with updates, and even had a phone call to congratulate me on both my sale and my purchase 6 days later.

The whole process was dealt with professionally and promptly, Everything was explained clearly without patronising, which was very much appreciated. GoogleI moved in a house recently. From the beginning, we were amazed with everything what they did. But sorry to say, I struggled to get help form property management (red tape!!). My issue was simple with starting of hot-water and radiator system for what we sufferd 11 days( we are not experienced to deal with it). Lastly, Karolina(Letting negotiator) came and sorted it nicely. All 5 🌟 for her.

I was impressed with how quickly the process began when I initially phone on Saturday morning to say we wanted the property. Particularly in this case because it was bank holiday Easrer weekend and everyone deserves time off. By Tuesday, references were already being sent out and boxes were being ticked. We were informed of any updates promptly. Special thanks to Cat Deeley who has been guiding this process.
