The Trusted AgentThe sales progression was smooth.
The agents quoted a high price for the property initially , while another agent quoted much nearer the price the house sold for eventually. I might have appreciated a more honest appraisal of our property , to start with. However I would recommend Moginie James to my friends , as the team was very professional.

From the time of the valuation of our property through to the sale completion the service was excellent. Gareth Davies provided an excellent valuation and brochure which made for a quick sale. The Trusted AgentProfessional team
Very professional and friendly agency, my only negative which hasn't shown in the overall star rating would be the wait for contact from the agency whilst paper work is in progress...I felt I was alway chasing to find out what was happening and what stage we were at.

Many thanks for helping let our family home while we were temporarily out of the country travelling. I don't think it could have gone any better and it was great to know that our home was in safe hands while we were away.
