Founded in 2001, we are Cardiff’s leading independent estate agency. With 5 offices across the city we are specialists in residential sales, lettings, property management and the investment markets. We’re proud to be independent, which gives us flexibility and means we react speedily to market conditions. We’re equally quick to adopt the latest marketing innovation, offering our clients maximum exposure via a suite of complementary promotional tools to showcase your property at it’s best. Our 53 strong team is our biggest asset, dedicated and enthusiastic staff who are committed to ‘going the extra mile’, and who each possess in-depth industry knowledge backed by professional qualifications. We’re members of ARLA, ALMA, NAEA, The Property Ombudsman and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, a sure sign that you’re dealing with a reputable and respected agent. We’ve also recently been appointed as the South Wales agent for Fine & Country, the world renowned agents for luxury residential properties, and we’ve been hand picked to serve as Cardiff’s sole agent for the Relocation Agent Network, all of which means, whatever your property and whatever your situation, you’re in very safe hands with us.
