All the staff are clearly dedicated to their job, and pride themselves on their professional approach. I have always been confident that they are listening and taking things seriously when I contact them. They have handled everything with the same consistent approach, from the first contact right through to the completion of the sale and purchase. I have been dealing mostly with Elle McCrindle who has been outstanding. She has been efficient and professional for certain, but she has also had a personal approach which shows that she really does care how things are progressing. I’m certain that her manner has helped the sale of my house enormously, and I continue to be impressed with how she is handling the inevitable questions and complications along the way. GoogleUpdate: Needed to mention Lisa the sales progressor, now that we have completed on our sale and purchase. It is so refreshing to deal with a professional that is so on the ball! Even when dealing with so many different parties and in quite a stressfull situation. I will miss talking to her! So glad we picked Charters! We have just sold our house and bought our next property through Charters and we could not recommend them highly enough. Elle, Mike, Victoria, Jess and all the team are not just professional, but get to know the client and the property very well, providing informed and thorough viewings, as well as perceveiring to get the right house for us to move on to, listening and taking under consideration our requirements. Working in very difficult circumstances with Covid, they have not let their customer service down and have kept us well informed throughout, never failing to call and update us. Their floorplans and photos are professionaly made; and included in the price, and second to none from any other agent in the area, showing off the property at its best. A very interpersonal service which is just what you need when selling your home. Cannot speak highly enough for all of the team. Definitely recommend if you are looking at selling or buying a property. ps. GoogleA 5 star very friendly team who understand property buying and selling most well. From a seller perspective, suggest to take notes about any little things which could improve the prospect of your sale. We recieved very professional and helpful advice. Our house brochure was very nicely worded and although i am quite picky about 'writings' I am very impressed about how all the information about our property was compacted in one little paragraph. The communication about 'current sale status' is simply top notch till the point you sell. We received an acceptable offer within 2 weeks of going onto the market. It was very helpful to seek mortgage advice (even though i thought nothing could be added to my information) and is recommended even. GoogleMy Husband and I were struggling to sell the house due to lockdown, so we swapped estate agents and went with Charters only a few weeks ago, and already had an offer on the house. We originally decided to go with Charters as whilst house hunting ourselves we met Elle who had been showing us around a few properties. She was great at showing us around houses and very knowledgable on each property. GoogleAvoid these people at all cost, our family has been on property for 3 month now. We have 2 small children and nothing gets repaired, the shower doesn't work properly the washing machine is draining into buckets among several other issues that affect our daily life unfortunately we still have 9 more month to go.
Thank you for taking the time in speaking to us today. We understand your frustration that maintenance remains outstanding at your property. The Landlord who owns the property and is the other party in your tenancy agreement has been quite clear in their instructions that they do not want to proceed with any maintenance at the property. We are unable to override this request and do have to follow their instruction. It has now been outlined to them that you two of the issues including the washing machine are your main concerns. We have already reached out to your landlord and awaiting their reply on how they wish to proceed in addressing these two main maintenance issues. We will of course reach out and provide you with the update as soon as this is received. I understand that you have been provided with direct contract information for our Director of Property Management should you ever feel that you are not getting the responses you require.
