Although we were not sure whether we wanted to sell or not Mike was very helpful and patient with us. Very quick with viewings and feed back. When we decided not to sell he was very understanding. We will certainly consider using Charters again should we decide to move in the future.

GoogleWe made the mistake of using SBK estate agents initially. Within 7 weeks we had 6 viewings however, the shining light was charters. We moved to them and had 6 viewings in just 10 days. One of which was an offer and sale. It pays to go with a reputable company such as charters. Don’t hesitate! Big thanks to the staff. Ollie and Ed were professional, friendly and attentive. GoogleI recently changed the tenancy on my rented house. I found that Charters attracted the right quality of potential tenant, and the checking out was efficient, despite the outgoing tenants having to defer their moving out at short notice. The only concern I had was that Charters were encouraging me to sign the new tenancy agreement before the existing tenants moved out, which could have left me liable to the incoming tenants if the sitting tenants cancelling their notice to quit or simply didn't move out on time.
