So quick to reply, efficient with everything, and one of the friendliest people I think I've ever met. I first contacted Charters to sell my property because of their reputation of quality service and friendly staff and Victoria personified this reputation perfectly. Sam was extremely professional and friendly whilst he carried out the viewings on our home. He was always on time, if not a few minutes early, to enable all viewing to go as smoothly as possible. When possible Sam booked all viewings at convenient times around my work schedule., This was helpful as it meant the viewings caused as little disruption to my day. Sam was polite and approachable, giving quick and honest feedback following viewings. Let me down twice just to view a property. First of all the customer service was rude from Chelsea. Kept talking about financial appointments?! Second of all, booked viewing twice on a property and was let down by Edward. Then a guy called Jake called didn’t apologise and tried to say view another property… No urgency, Poor agent. Very poor service overall. Don’t recommend to buy or sell with this agent. Go somewhere else.
