GoogleFrustrating. Most emails and phone calls are not responded to. Used to pay for a fully managed service but the gas certificate was not renewed and the visits not done. Basic rent collective service seems to work ok. NB - this applied to the letting agency side not the estate agency side (which was good)

GoogleAfter a mixed experience with another company we listed my partners flat with Charles Carr. We have since changed our mind about them (only four days after signing up) and been told we need to pay nearly £400 to take it off sale!! Is this even legal...? Should I not have a cancellation time...?

Please kindly delete your review if this is the case. Unfortunately we are struggling to locate your details on our system. Please could you kindly contact our Sales Director - Lloyd Westall to discuss this matter further on 07841 400125. Best regards Having looked further into this, we don't have any clients on our records that have requested to cancel this month. Also to be clear, we don't charge withdrawal fees outside of the 14 day cooling off period and we are the only local agent that offers zero week contracts as standard.
