I could not put in towards how fantastic these guys are. After having my house on the market with several agents I got used to poor service no feedback and very few viewings. Dale knocked on my door and very politely offered his services I felt apprehensive about using another agent but immediately I realised why these guys are the top selling agent in the area within 3 days they had arranged 9 viewings for an open house event on that weekend we sold for in excess of what we were on the market for. Charles Carr were by far the most professional agency that we dealt with on our house hunt as first time buyers. Buying your first home is incredibly daunting but they made the whole process easy and straight forward. When we did spot a house that we felt was "the one" Luci in the Bitterne office went out of her way to arrange a viewing for us and even made sure everything was going ok on her day off - pretty incredible!! We got there eventually and we did buy the one! We cannot wait to our new little home now! A big thank you to all of the team, your hard work and numerous viewings you facilitated were greatly appreciated!

GoogleDon't ever consider using any other estate agent. These guys go above and beyond what I would ever expect. They are always at the other end of the phone, answer calls out of hours, liaise with solicitors. I am surprised their prices aren't higher. They understand what an emotional journey buying and selling can be and have totally remained professional and honest throughout our process. In particular, Lloyd and Jordan are fantastic. Ask for them ;)

GoogleAvoid if you can and only do business with them if you have no other choice and after speaking to a professional advisor. Be cautious with how they represent you to sellers and request everything in writing from them.
Their staff are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. They act in an unethical manner. I feel truly sorry for those that are selling through these guys, they are being shafted out of potentially thousands of pounds.
