Despite being in the early stages of purchasing this property, I cannot fault Chloe’s service at all. She is fast at replying to emails, is incredible helpful over the phone, and she was very knowledgeable about the property and the house buying process. Chloe was great at communicating between us and the seller, and always got back to me quickly regarding the outcome of our offer. My partner and I really appreciate that she offered to view the property with us later in the evening in order to fit around our work schedule! A great buying experience!

George was very helpful and informative throughout the buying process. Initially we were not able to attend the open house but he encouraged us to, not in a pressured way but he genuinely came from the point of view that he didn’t want us to miss out. Jordan was at the property to greet us and answer any questions we had at the open house and was very professional. On the day of the offer George was informative and honest and offered options without any pressure. It’s been very professional and a nerve wracking but good experience!

Mr LLoyd Westall was extremely helpful in our dispute with Countrywide Mann

We switched agents shortly after our contract with CM expired because of lack of progress. They said we couldn't do this without paying two lots of fees.. Lloyd advised us that this was not true. and when CM harassed us and eventually took us to court helped us enormously by specifying our grounds for refusing to pay. .He was, therefore, instrumental in CM abandoning their court action, thereby saving us several thousand pounds. I always found him helpful and easy to deal with. At first I found him hard to contact but once I realised email was the best way of contacting him that was no longer an issue. To recap, Lloyd was helpful, and always had a positive attitude throughout our dispute.

Above and beyond service

We have had a turbulent time selling our house with other agents. To say it's been stressful doesn't even come close. Fantastic sale!

My wife and I recently decided on selling our property so popped into Charles Carr Bitterne branch and got speaking to Rebekah. What initially we anticipated would be a stressful experience (as we are first time sellers) actually turned out to be far from it. Rebekah was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and we were kept in the loop during the whole process and frequently updated throughout. We received much more than we expected from the sale too, which we are ecstatic about. Amazing service

We've just completed with Charles Carr and can honestly say that I would use them again in a heartbeat. Shane sold us the house and kept is informed all the way through and got us over the asking price through his excellent negotiations! What I love about Charles Carr is that they realise people who have the skill set to sell should be able to do just that and not be tied up with the admin at the back end. Therefore they allocated a post sales person to manage and chase up any queries to get you through the sale. Louise was amazing in following up and keeping us informed. It wasn't an easy process as there were issues in the chain. However, she chased and without her we probably wouldn't have ended up in this position. Well done to Charles Carr and louise and Shane in particular.

Definitely made the right choice

Definitely made the right choice when I decided to go with Charles Carr (recently Carter Edwards) to sell my mother's property. When Lloyd Westall came to value the property it was clear that he had really good local knowledge and I felt confident that he had advised a good, but also a realistic price that could be achieved. Once I had accepted an offer it was literally only a week before the offer had been 'financially qualified' (I even know some jargon now!) and received the paperwork from the conveyancing solicitor to sign. Everything is progressing well and hopefully completion date is not far off. I have found Lloyd to be not only thoroughly professional, but also kind and really helpful in giving advice without being at all 'pushy'. Lloyd has always got back to me really quickly when I have contacted him which I have greatly appreciated. He also has a good sense of humour which helps...
