Google0 * rating from me, angrily wasted £1200 in legal fees ( Would have rather donated this to a children's hospital at this time of year ) Agent neglected to inform me at the beginning that ground fees double every so few years plus on a red flood risk area, 5G Phone mast next to property possible health issues all this information would have been handy to begin with. Emails and calls were either unresponded to or cold. AVOID. Never again.
