Martin & Co have been our property managers for the last 6 years and I can't fault them at all.
As tenants they are really kind and helpful with any problem, and when there is tough news to deliver, they have been there with a kind ear and solutions
Specific call out to Mica, Petra and Chloe who are just the best. They really fight in our corner and helped us out a lot last year when having to one tenancy ended after 5 years, and then moving to another property managed by them.
Now having been in said property for a year they continue to be amazing.

Martin & Co always gives a realistic appraisal of our property during renewals or finding new tenants. Their charges are comparable with the other agencies. Although we had a few issues with their property management originally, in the last few years , their services have improved dramatically. Cloe has been great at sorting the latest tenancy renewal. Also, they are fantastic in understanding our needs , for example, calling British gas for periodic gas checks without us getting involved, or proactively finding us a decent quote for repairs and helping us to get the peace of mind as landlords. They find tenants for my units fairly quickly, usually within a week. They handled all the repairs and maintenance to the satisfaction of the tenants. I must say no tenants have ever complained about their services and neither do I. Most of all, they are very responsive and handles matters very efficiently. A highly recommended lettings agent in Basingstoke.

GoogleStaff are really nice, friendly, and helpful, but don't sign up to the Tenant shop if they offer you the option to. When I signed up I was automatically enrolled with the Tenant shop who are meant to find you good deals on insurance and bills and stuff (i think they must have some kind of business deal with Martins) and they were awful. I found way better offers elsewhere and were kind of snarky when I said I wanted to figure it out on my own. But Martins themselves have always been fantastic and very kind. Without the Tenant shop it would be 5 stars.
