I have been using the services of Martin & Co six years now. I have three units in Churchill Place, Basingstoke. Over the years, they managed my properties extremely well. They find tenants for my units fairly quickly, usually within a week. They handled all the repairs and maintenance to the satisfaction of the tenants. I must say no tenants have ever complained about their services and neither do I. Most of all, they are very responsive and handles matters very efficiently. A highly recommended lettings agent in Basingstoke.

GoogleI have leased out my house through Martin’s in Basingstoke for more than ten years. They have always been friendly, quick to respond to both the tenants’ and my requests, and have organised quality trades people for any needed repairs. When I decided to sell, they organised painters and the clean up, then sold my house quickly for a good price. This was especially impressive since I was living in Australia for the whole time and was able to rely on them every step of the way Thank you to Andrew and everyone at Martin’s

Returning home from a mid week appointment at 5.15pm around 18 March 2025, discovered that I had lost my house key. Had to message Martin and Co to see if they might be able to give me their spare key. Also, I could not get to their branch office before they were due to close. They got back to me immediately, and one of their staff volunteered to drive over to my house, instead of driving straight home, and rescued me with their spare key. This must have been very inconvenient for her. But she did this very cheerfully. I am hugely grateful, as I could have faced a very lengthy and hugely expensive call to a locksmith or worse. Huge thanks for your help Martin + Co!

I have had Martin & Co. managing my rental property in Basingstoke for the part 7 years. I'm happy that I am dealing with the same people who know the market very well. Whenever the is a change in tenancy they have found a new tenant within a week and the property has never been vacant for more than a couple of days. Whenever any repairs or maintenance is required they find and manage tradesmen who carry out the work at very reasonable rates.

Martin & Co, Basingstoke, have been acting as agents for my flat in Basingstoke for the last four years. In that time, I have had two excellent tenants whom they recommended. They always consult on any action relating to the flat and I have had no reason to worry or find any of their actions problematic. The staff are friendly and approachable but professional. Andrew visited us on the 12th July and provided us with an honest appraisal of the property's guide value. Andrew was friendly and knowledgeable - we were particularly impressed with his "crib" sheet that he prepares for sales by asking the owner "what sort of questions do I need to know that might not be obvious" (so can be relayed to potential buyers if necessary) - examples being broadband speed/Council Tax Band/Neighbours etc

The staff are really friendly and found a tennant within days of me submitting the property. They deal with everything that I now forget all about it most of the time. The tennants are carefully vetted and the property is regularly inspected. I am surprised at how smooth it all is.
