Martin & Co took over the full management of my rental property earlier this year, and I’ve been completely impressed with the service. They perform quarterly checks on the property, and provide reasonable quotes for any works needing doing (compared to previous agents that are extortionate). Mica, Petra and the rest of the lettings team are extremely quick to answer emails, super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them!

Martin & Co always gives a realistic appraisal of our property during renewals or finding new tenants. Their charges are comparable with the other agencies. Although we had a few issues with their property management originally, in the last few years , their services have improved dramatically. Cloe has been great at sorting the latest tenancy renewal. Also, they are fantastic in understanding our needs , for example, calling British gas for periodic gas checks without us getting involved, or proactively finding us a decent quote for repairs and helping us to get the peace of mind as landlords. Thank you Martin & Co for finding us great tenants!

I have used Martin & Co to let my flat in Basingstoke three or four times now. Their rental valuation has been spot on each time and they can arrange other services such as inventory, checkout and cleaning at very good prices. They are honest, friendly and efficient, and their fees are very competitive. From a tenants point of view, deposits are released promptly, which is certainly not the case with all agents. A special shout-out for Mica, who is absolutely top!

We have used Martins in Basingstoke for the past eight years to rent out our property. They are a very caring and respectful company who have ours' and the tenants' backs, and keep us informed and our property up-to-date with all the requirements. We are not typical investors, rather just owners who live overseas and want to come back home every now and again. Martins understands this and deals with our needs. A very professional company who we hope to use again soon.

I have had Martin & Co. managing my rental property in Basingstoke for the part 7 years. I'm happy that I am dealing with the same people who know the market very well. Whenever the is a change in tenancy they have found a new tenant within a week and the property has never been vacant for more than a couple of days. Whenever any repairs or maintenance is required they find and manage tradesmen who carry out the work at very reasonable rates.

They always consult on any action relating to the flat and I have had no reason to worry or find any of their actions problematic. The staff are friendly and approachable but professional. The staff are really friendly and found a tennant within days of me submitting the property. They deal with everything that I now forget all about it most of the time. The tennants are carefully vetted and the property is regularly inspected. I am surprised at how smooth it all is.

They have just helped me relet a property that was left in a poor state, but they helped turn it round and relet it swiftly.
