OVER THE PAST DOZEN OR SO YEARS,MARTIN AND CO IN BASINGSTOKE HAVE FULLY MANAGED ALL THE LETTINGS IN A VERY PROFFESIONAL MANNER,FINDING SUPER QUALITY TENENTS WHO HAVE PROVIDED ME WITH A REGULAR LETTING IN COME. THEY HAVE ALSO VERY RECENTLY MANAGED THE SALE OF MY PROPERTY IN A THOUROUGHLY PROFESSIONAL MANNER,HAVE CONSISTENTLY KEPT ME FULLY INFORMED DURING THE PROCESS. THEIR STAFF ,APART FROM BEING PROFESSIONAL ARE ALSO INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS . I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY HIGHLY ENOUGH. THANK YOU ALL AGAIN SO MUCH.

Honest Friendly Opinion

Andrew visited us on the 12th July and provided us with an honest appraisal of the property's guide value. Andrew was friendly and knowledgeable - we were particularly impressed with his "crib" sheet that he prepares for sales by asking the owner "what sort of questions do I need to know that might not be obvious" (so can be relayed to potential buyers if necessary) - examples being broadband speed/Council Tax Band/Neighbours etc
