GoogleThe agents and agency are very responsible with constant communication. The whole process of moving in was quite seamless and documentation was quite simple. I would recommend the agency to anyone that is looking to move either short or long-term. There were absolutely no hidden charges or fees and each process of the agreement was transparent.

GoogleI had a bad experience with two agents previously and lost valuable time. When I met Andrew from MARTIN & CO I was amazed with the service i received, from the moment they visited the property everything was spot on and on point. The level of experience and professionalism and service given I was really happy with them. They also took time and listened to my needs and advised the best way to market my property. The Video Tour was amazing and really helped market the property to its full potential. Andrew was so helpful and gave me realistic advise about the current climate and was passionate about finding me the best tenants. I had full trust and commitment from Andrew at Martin & Co and they ultimately delivered finding me tenants and all signed and moved in within 2 weeks of going live on the market. Also they are very thorough with their checks which adds value and credibility to there service proposition. Best Letting Agent in Basingstoke by far and will save you time and money also fees are very competitive for the first class service received!

We have moved a fair few times and this is the first time we have encountered Martin & Co, From the start of the process we have found them to be very approachable, professional and friendly. They were very responsive whenever I have contacted them by email. We have dealt mainly with Andrew Sheldon and I would highly recommend that anybody looking for an estate agent should contact him and use Martin & Co. FacebookI decided to get Martin & Co to give me some advice on renting my property as I'm a newbie landlord. Andrew came round and took some photos and advised me on many points. I was very impressed with how professional he came across and was very happy that a tenant was found and the property was rented out within 24hrs. We have used Martins in Basingstoke for the past eight years to rent out our property. They are a very caring and respectful company who have ours' and the tenants' backs, and keep us informed and our property up-to-date with all the requirements. We are not typical investors, rather just owners who live overseas and want to come back home every now and again. Martins understands this and deals with our needs.
