We knew from the start that they were a good agency, when our washing machine needed attention shortly after moving in, and was sorted incredibly quickly. They are always helpful and attentive, as well as being thorough. Special mentions go to Jo, who dealt with our post-tenancy check out both fairly and quickly (as well as answering our queries beforehand), and Carol (with whom I spoke to on the phone prior to our notice being handed in - she was absolutely lovely to talk to).
