These folks have been exceptionally helpful and clear in regard to my checkout appointment. All interactions with the staff were friendly and helpful especially due to this being my first formal checkout. Definitely do look into renting a property with these guys. After a bad experience with other letting agents, we were reticent to let out our property again, but thought we would have one more go with Belvoir. From the outset, Carole and Tracey have been professional, honest, helpful and courteous. They dealt with any questions we posed on the same day, were proficient with handling potential problems, and nothing was considered too much trouble or minor. I would highly recommend Belvoir as Letting Agents, I feel supported!

FacebookI own a property below one of Belvoir lettings, It been a nightmare First the bathroom above had a leak and it was repaired after had to call the office a few times, my flat got repaired Then a second leak above my kitchen after again a call someone said he fixed the leak. It took over 4 months for someone to come and do the decorating to my flats. And to make things worse the leak started again above my kitchen a few month of waiting and calling the office I am still waiting for the repairs to be done in my kitchen. If your thinking of letting your property think twice about Belvoir.

FacebookWe have recently bought our first home with belvoir and they have been nothing but helpful from the start and very informative about the whole process. A special thank you to emily as she started the process and gave us confidence in using belvoir aswel as being realistic with no hard sales pitches about the property we were viewing. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately on the phone or via email. All in all a 5 star experience and wouldn't think twice about using belvoir again and would highly recommend them especially for first time buyers.

FacebookWe were long term tenants with Redwoods that turned into Belvoir. From Day 1 of our tenancy we were always treated with fairness and respect. Throughout the tenancy any problem has been rectified as quickly as has been possible through their excellent Maintenance logging service. Minor problems have been handled promptly and major issues have been raised and dealt with as quick as they can via agent communicating with the landlord. I couldn't recommend them enough as a tenant, and as a landlord you can be safe in the knowledge that your property will be in safe hands and your tenants well looked after.

The service is so poor, and try to find any excuse to take most of your deposit when you check out! They hold about £1000 of my deposit and took about £800 of my deposit. I regret that I tidy the house when I move out.!! Never go with them!

Unfortunately, from the brief information provided in this review, I am unable to locate your file in order to comment further on your specific complaint. Our tenant deposits, are lodged with The DPS and any disputes are settled through their Alternative Dispute Resolution Service by independent and fully trained dispute professionals. It is they who decide whether or not a claim upon a deposit is legitimate and a tenant is always given a very adequate period of time in which to argue their case. We are passionate about customer service and deeply committed to solving genuine complaints.
