I must commend Rachel from Belvoir for her extremely professional and efficient manner in which she addressed our very interesting discovery of an old air raid shelter in our back garden. A contractor was sent out and the entrance to the underground structure was made safe and neat. In fact, when any developing issues have been reported, Rachel has always made sure to follow up with excellent communication and organise prompt solutions.

GoogleHaving rented through Belvoir for 5 years, I can honestly say they were always a joy to deal with. The maintenance team are fab, and extremely helpful. At the end of tenancy Jo was excellent in dealing with our Landlord and us, she was very fair and listened to both sides. Highly recommend Belvoir, their Maintenance team and also Jo - excellent team!

Under the direction of Mike Jones and Andrew Lowery, the team are very knowledgeable, efficient, and always provide a prompt response to any issues. We dealt with Belvoir as a tentant and they were very responsive to our calls regarding maintenance. We had a situation on check out where our landlord was unreasonable about the deductions from our deposit. Belvoir went above and beyond to prove that this damage was not sustained in our care and helped us through the Deposit resolution process. They did not have to do this.
Thanks for this review. We consider maintenance to be a very important element of our job and have a team dedicated to just Maintenance issues. To be fair to both landlord and tenant, we strive to ensure that our check-out reports and inventories are unbiased and truly reflect the condition of the property at each end of a tenancy. We try to ensure that any proposed deductions are proportionate and justified. Disputed deposits are, quite rightly, dealt with by independent experts a, The Deposit Protection Service and it is they who have the final word.

Facebookaccount with amazement, i remember few months back i had nothing i couldn't boast of 100 $ in my bank account cause i've lost my life-savings and pension to scammers, i had lost all hope in life.. until MRS CHARLOTTE WAYNE came along, the man who changed my life totally. i had concluded that all account managers in groups were scammers but M proved me wrong, every time i apologize to him for doubting him from the start. Most of our contact was with Natalie who was extremely helpful and honest whilst we were having issues trying to arrange completion of our purchases. GoogleWe used Belvoir to sell our flat, amazed at their excellent service! We had an offer accepted within a month and Natalie (their move manager) was extremely helpful throughout the whole conveyancing process. She went as far as to help organise a new removal company when our own didn't turn up on the day. Would definitely recommend using them.

This was the second rental property we have sold through Belvoir. Once again the Sales team were excellent, and two offers over the asking price were achieved in two days. Natalie did a great job in chasing the solicitors and keeping us informed, though I don't know how she manages to cope with the frustrations of that task! We are now out of the rental market, but I would recommend Belvoir for both Lettings management and sales.
