We have recently sold our property through Belvoir and we had a first class service from the beginning until the end. Starting with the thorough, professional and accurate house evaluation done by Alastair. Followed by the house viewings expertly arranged and delivered by Katy, Megan and Alastair. And ending with the amazing support from their move manager, Natalie, who updated us regularly with the progress of the sale, pushed for a timely completion speaking with the entire chain and also the solicitors. Every single time when we called the office and spoke with a member of the team we were impressed with their willingness to answer our questions, to provide help and to ensure that the house sale is actually progressing.

Belvoir Basingstoke have managed my property for some years now and I honestly cannot fault them. Any correspondence with them is always a delight. The guys in the office are always professional and will always go out of their way to help with any enquiries. The fees are more than competitive with other local agents. Not as long a process as buying / selling a house but just as nerve wracking. They put me at ease and were able to answer all questions posed of them. I highly recommend them.

Friendly team, they really got we were looking for and they went the extra mile. They kept me updated with finding properties for me to look at and then when they found us a property, they were with us every step of the way. GoogleI have been in communication with Belvoir, Basingstoke branch, for a couple of weeks now, and I have to say they are the nicest, kindest estate agents I have ever dealt with. Their communications are prompt and always very helpful and they seem to not only go above and beyond in every instance (always happy to provide accurate and up-to-date advice), but they also have a way of making you feel totally comfortable and validated (for example, when I mentioned I have an old lady cat who I want to give a good life for her last years, this was met with praise and stories of their pets also, which I loved - an excellent touch, it's made the whole experience very personal). I know it sounds a bit sad, but I genuinely look forward to hearing back from their team, they have even made me chuckle a few times, which is greatly appreciated when the stresses of trying to move property are on top of you. What a lovely team of people, couldn't ask for more! P.s. do you have any jobs? I'd happily work with such a great team lol (I joke.... sort of haha).

FacebookCan't praise Belvoir enough; as a landlord I have recently started using Belvoir's fully managed service & couldn't be happier with the service I've received - excellent communication, very efficient & friendly, courteous staff for whom nothing seems too much trouble. If you are a new landlord or are looking for a new agent I highly recommend Belvoir; having previously used another agent in town the difference really is night & day!

From meeting Jamie from Belvoir, Basingstoke, for a Probate House Valuation to Completion of the House Sale we were kept informed of progress at every stage either by telephone or mobile. All the staff at Belvoir were extremely helpful and always rang back, we never had to chase them up! The whole process was completely stress free, quite an achievement during the Pandemic!

They were fantastic on updating us on the progress of our purchase as well and found us a much better property than we had intended on buying.
