By AMBER PATEL & Family (Me, My wife and our wonderful Twin Baby Girls) I had great experience with the agency, i would like to give Special Thanks to ABBY, KATE & JO for a wonderful experience. First i met with ABBY who showed me the house and she told me a reasonable fees amount. I queried her only one thing that i would like the amount to be fixed and that there should be no surprises later of any other additional fees, and to my satisfaction the fees amount remain constant with no surprises of hidden fees. I would like to thank ABBY and the agency for their honesty and transparency. Second i met with KATE who is the Admin in the agency who has been very nice, helpful, approachable and reasonable throughout Our Family stay as a Tenant and even assisted with multiple things post moving out. Last i would like to thanks JO for helping close all the formalities in a very smooth and reasonable manner when we had to move out of the house.

We were selling a niche property, with obvious problems trying to attract buyers, and Belvoir did the job very quickly, and through no fault of theirs, the first buyer let us down after 8 months, putting as back at the start, ( so not impressed with her ). Belvoir got straight back on it and found us another buyers within the month, and despite some far off Solicitor being more than awkward, Mathew at Belvoir did over and above to get the sale completed, I’m sure he got panic attacks when he heard my voice most days, but showed no sign of giving up and got the job done. Would definitely recommend Belvoir to get your house sold, and when you get the problems which just automatically go with house sales they will do their best to keep things on track. :)

Nothing was too much for them and our questions were always answered quickly and comprehensively whether by phone or email. Belvoir has acted as my letting agent for around 15 years and I have never had cause for complaint. They find tenants quickly when leases expire and all the admin work and charges are explained fully. They are great on maintenance issues, even taking the trouble to research prices on replacement items and then actually going to buy items from the local Argos store. This is very important to me as I live in Australia. Always friendly and helpful and highly recommended.

We have been using Belvoir (and their predecessors, Redwoods) for two apartments in Crown Heights, Basingstoke for 16 years. During that time they have succeeded in keeping both apartments let with minimal gaps between tenants. Belvoir are expert in managing tenancies in Crown Heights and with that expertise are able to use maintenance contractors who have the first class knowledge of all of the equipment and facilities in those buildings for the benefit of the owners and their tenants. We have excellent relations with the team of professionals at Belvoir and trust them to meet all of our legal obligations as landlords without taking advantage of our tenants.

GoogleWe were long term tenants with Redwoods that turned into Belvoir. From Day 1 of our tenancy we were always treated with fairness and respect. Throughout the tenancy any problem has been rectified as quickly as has been possible through their excellent Maitenance logging service. Minor problems have been handled promptly and major issues have been raised and dealt with as quick as they can via agent communicating with the landlord. I couldn't recommend them enough as a tenant, and as a landlord you can be safe in the knowledge that your property will be in safe hands and your tenants well looked after.

From the start - viewing the property, to the checking out Belvoir have been excellent. They keep you well informed, act professionally and undertake their responsibilities efficiently. All communications are at speed, with no need to ever chase up. The checkout was carried out by Shahida in a very fair and informative manner. She was courteous, friendly, professional and involved me in the process. She kept me informed every step of the way and efficiently dealt with any queries I had. I am very satisfied with the service I received and would choose Belvoir and Shahida any day to deal with such matters. Letting agents get a bad name, but that is because those people have not had the pleasure of dealing with the staff at Belvoir.

I can honestly say that Belvoir (Basingstoke) are a first class team. Whoever I deal with knows me, my property & is always super efficient in dealing with issues & requests. It takes all the stress off my shoulders knowing they look after my interests & I would not hesitate in recommending them as a letting agent. GoogleBelvoir have always dealt in an extremely efficient manner with my buy to let property - its always a worry losing a tenant particularly when your mortgage is dependent on the rental income - the staff at Belvoir have been great at getting a replacement tenant quickly for me. Recently Jo Jones has dealt with my property - and the admin associated with the new tenancy and I would like to thank her for all her help in keeping me totally up to date and informed regarding the procedure. The agent involved Carol understood my needs as well as respected the privacy of the current tenant that was in the property. I have had some horrendous dealings with estate agents from dealing with new agents in trying to find a new home from my current one (where I am leaving) who do not care about me at all now that I am leaving, and don't respect my privacy one bit. It is a breath of fresh air when you deal with a company that is concerned for the customer and not for the sale. If you can use this agency as they are concerned about you and not about the sale. Belvoir have been nothing but excellent when helping my wife and I with the process of getting our house. It started with Martina and Jamie showing us a few houses, and ended with Matthew and Natalie dealing with the house purchase process. There have been moments with our solicitors which have prolonged the process, and without Natalie's help and persistence, we probably wouldn't have been able to get the house. I'd like to say again thank you to the Belvoir Sales team for your continued support in our time of need.

we stayed in rented property let by Belvoir for over 4 years and through out the tenure they have been very professional, warm and understanding. The check in ( 4 years back) was smooth as silk, the contracting was simple and straight forward and any maintenance issues were handled promptly. Initially our contact person was Abi Parker and she was extremely helpful in helping us settle down. I heard many dreadful experiences with other agents operating in this area but we very lucky to be with Belvoir. The checkout process including final inspection, inventory check and return of deposit again was extremely smooth and I would like to thanks Jo Jones for all help and co-ordination in this regard. We have only been tenants through Belvoir since June but had to report a few maintenance issues.. One being no power in the shower and the kitchen being a bit run down. Within a couple of months we have had an upgrade to the kitchen and a new power shower fitted, which is great! Really appreciate everyone we have spoke to and who have helped in the Basingstoke office in resolving the issues we have raised. Thank you!
