I have been a happy tenant through Belvoir for the last 6 years and have always received a very high standard of service. Whether that is notice of any inspections, maintenance or surveys, or a response to a request as a tenant, the service is always prompt, reliable and thorough. I would especially like to thank Jo & Laura for always being professional, helpful and fair, especially in the recent weeks as i prepared to end my tenancy.

Recently I have rented out a property from Belvoir agency Basingstoke and I found it very helpful, professional and friendly staff members. Tracey, who provided with us viewing in was very friendly and had a professional attitude. Abi, who has done administration processes and she has answered with confidence for each question what we had about property, payments and contract. First time renting

After many years of home ownership I found myself having to rent a property and was to be honest a little wary of dealing with letting agents however my experience with Belvoir Basingstoke could not have been better. When I started looking for a property they had an ideal one available and everybody I dealt with at Belvoir Basingstoke from my initial approach to moving in was professional yet friendly, from the viewing to making the neessary checks / references and the preparation of the tennency agreement and inventory check. We have recently sold our property in Basingstoke through Belvoir. A seamless process from start to finish. Matt sold us the company and marketed are property well, with viewings being booked almost instantly. Several offers were received and with the expert advice we received at Belvoir a buyer was soon found. It was then over to Natalie who took control of the process, keeping us informed of the progress, every step of the way throughout the sale. A great sales experience for us, especially as this was something we hadn’t experienced in 35 years. Belvoir were available to value my house promptly and set a reasonable and achievable price to market it at. Jamie (assistant branch manager) kept me very much in the loop with arranging viewings and providing details of the offers, Natalie (move manager) then taking over once a sale was agreed and keeping up the great contact. I felt in control of the sale throughout, never pushed into making any rushed decisions and was always given up to date information as soon as it was available. They both made what is allegedly one of the most stressful life events a total walk in the park! I would most definitely recommend Belvoir Basingstoke without any hesitation, a seamless transaction from start to finish.

Top marks for Belvoir Basingstoke and staff members for the efficiency and friendly support with which they helped us to sell our property. Nothing was too much for them and our questions were always answered quickly and comprehensively whether by phone or email. Of particular note are Matthew and Jamie from Sales who presented the property to gather potential buyers, and Natalie who kept things moving with great determination and advised and assisted with practicalities. Thank you too to Belvoir Lettings who supported us through five years of renting out. Always helpful and efficient, Belvoir Admin and Maintenance ddepartments assisted us in looking after the property.

The staff are friendly and always ready to help. We bought our property off them 5 years ago and they made the purchase as straight forward as possible. I have been a Landlord at Crown Heights Basingstoke with 2 apartments since they were first built many years ago..must be getting on for 20 years They have both been fully managed by Belvoir (previously Redwoods) in all that time. One property is fully furnished. I highly recommend Belvoir Basingstoke to any other Landlords out there... All the staff are very professional, good humored (as you have to be in this game!) and are very experienced in choosing good tenants. Staff stay with Belvoir/Redwoods for many years which helps with continuity, but is also a good sign of a happy ship in my opinion... The regular inspections are thorough and carried out on time everytime...That's a lot of inspections of 2 apartments over nearly 20 years... I don't live locally to Basingstoke but am quite happy to leave my properties in the care of Belvoir. I have a fair number of properties in the town where I live, which I fully manage myself as I have had poor experiences down here with letting agents. Locally I hold up Belvoir Basingstoke as a model of how a letting agent should be whenever letting agents are discussed. I have been a landlord for over 20 years (and have the scars to prove it !) Belvoir (Basingstoke) have since January 2015 been letting agents for a flat that we own . They are responsible for finding and vetting tenants and drawing up the contract and managing the initial occupation of the property. Since they have been our agents the flat has never been empty and all the tenants have been good ones. We would reccomend them highly as letting agents. We have also used Belvoir to sell a property and purchase another and our property dsold in ten days and we moved in nine weeks, so we would also rate them highly as estate agents.

The Basingstoke team could not have been more helpful in dealing with letting us a property to live in during a very stressful time in our life as our own house was being altered and things on that front where tricky. I was introduced to Belvoir through my partner who had rented a house previously from them and was very impressed with the way they managed the whole process and made him feel like he was important to them. When I decided to rent my house out for the first time, he suggested I speak to Mike. The whole process from my initial meeting whereby Mike explained everything I needed to do, to finding me a tenant within days of putting my house on their website has been fantastic. "We have rented a property through Belvoir for the last four years and from our initial contact when we first viewed the property, right through to us leaving the property, we have always found them to be very professional. Belvoir have maintained the property on behalf of the Landlord and whenever we have had to contact them regarding a maintenance issue, they have always responded quickly to get the issue resolved and always made sure any workmen called at a time that was convenient to us. Whenever we have spoken or met with anyone from Belvoir as well as being professional, they have always been very friendly and I cannot thank the team enough for all their hard work during the last four years. Our only regret is that we could not stay with Belvoir as we move on to our next property. Upon moving to Basingstoke, I rented a property through Belvoir Lettings. From start to finish, the staff I have dealt with have been exceptional. The process itself was simple enough, clear, efficient and hassle free. Once in the property, on the very small number of occasions I've had to report a matter it's been handled extremely quickly. Matt (the branch manager) has been incredibly helpful and professional during the process of buying our first house, and in our opinion has done a lot more than we really needed to in order to try and help us get things done in time. He has called 3rd parties to get quotes/times for works we were considering having done (which we were already doing ourselves), and he has been incredibly on the ball in terms of making sure nothing is forgotten and everything was on track. Overall Belvoir have been a massive help to us, and have made the experience of buying our first house as pleasant as can be expected (moving always brings it's fair share of problems!) We could not be happier with the service that we have received, and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

We rented a house from Belvoir three years ago and have nothing but good things to say. From picking up the keys to reporting maintenance issues to the check out process that we have just been through. Everyone is truly professional,responsive and friendly. Special shout out to our inventory clerk Jo who made the whole check in and out process run smoothly, we were fully aware of what was required from us when we left the property to ensure we got as much back of our deposit as was possible. I was very disappointed by this company only based on my husband's phone call. We asked for property viewing. But instead we received so many questions about our financial situation. It felt like we wanted to go to shop, but at entrance there was agent asking us how much we have in our pocket to tell us if we can come in. And unfortunately, we were sent home. How does it feel? Isn't it humiliated? I & my husband are in 40-ies. Working all those years, we realised we have a last chance to have a family. My current status is stay at home Mamma, expecting our second one. So, obviously our 1 salary was not good enough for agency. Even though we have had history of paying rent with no delays at all. But did they ask those questions? No. We don't meet their criteria. My husband definitely got frustrated with the phone call. He works and does all he can. And I want to see my children grow as Mamma. Is that something wrong about that? Shall I feel ashamed of being only Mamma and not working after 20years of active years at work? Talking to this company made us feel small. Sadly, we never had a chance to even see the property.
