Carole and the team are fantastic - fully managed service means no worries. Just had smooth seamless change of tenants, no issues with departing tenants and new tenants appear happy. Would fully recommend Belvoir as an end to end service provider for landlords.

You hear many horror stories regarding estate agents but from the very first contact Belvoir were professional in every way. The evaluation was realistic and we achieved close to our asking price (£25,000 more than what other estate agents told us to list at!) They were never pushy and when we rejected early offers there was never any pressure from the agent to accept for a quick sale. They were excellent at managing appointments - confirming both by phone and email. They always had background on the people viewing the house and knew their position in the market. Once an offer was accepted they chased the solicitors to ensure a timely sale and kept us informed with regular updates. Overall an excellent experience.

GoogleWe had good support over the couple of years we rented a property through their agency. When we raised incidents and repairs they were dealt with promptly and without any issues. Belvoir also had good communication between us and the landlord. Our checkout at the end of tenancy was painless and without any incident.

We knew from the start that they were a good agency, when our washing machine needed attention shortly after moving in, and was sorted incredibly quickly. They are always helpful and attentive, as well as being thorough. Special mentions go to Jo, who dealt with our post-tenancy check out both fairly and quickly (as well as answering our queries beforehand), and Carol (with whom I spoke to on the phone prior to our notice being handed in - she was absolutely lovely to talk to). I've just left a 7 year tenancy through Belvoir Basingstoke after finally getting on to the property ladder myself. I have to say, that Belvoir were amazing throughout, as was our landlord. Nothing was too much trouble, we were well looked after and made very comfortable in our home and in the knowledge we were in good hands. The entire check in and out process was smooth and effortless and much more stress free than any other renting experience I've had - we were helped by Jo Jones who was just so helpful and professional in her work (Thanks Jo)

From day one when I moved in, they have been really professional and particular mention to "JO",for all her support and help in any matter that arises when I was renting. Over the years I have been with other rental agencies....always bad communication and lack of care(just a number to them),so I was impressed with Belvoir team at Basingstoke from day one till the end. I don't do reviews usually, but thought I would do this......if you want to rent with an agency in Basingstoke.....go with these guys(and if I am Back in Basingstoke I will go with Belvoir). Throughout this time they have been efficient, competent and above all, friendly people to deal with. Accounts and admin have been spot on and we cannot fault them. FacebookA great experience. Because we are young and this is one of our first properties for renting a lot of agents in town brushed it off. The agent came prepared and had answers for all of our questions. Property itself was presentable I’ve been absolutely beautiful location it was professionally clean before we moved in everything was Great. I would absolutely recommend renting from Belvoir to my friends and I hope we can stay with them and future if we need to find a different property!! .

GoogleThis is the second time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Belvoir Basingstoke, once for a purchase and more recently when I became a landlord for the first time. On both occasions I found the team to be very professional, friendly and efficient. Carole and the lettings team recently provided me with much needed guidance through the process of renting out my property. As a novice landlord they made the whole experience effortless, finding me a great tenant well within their estimated timeframe and all of this during these difficult times. I recommend Belvoir to anyone thinking of buying, selling or renting and shall be using them for any of my future needs.

GoogleI've dealt with a lot of estate agents over the years with mixed experience. We chose Belvoir Basingstoke because we liked their approach. Firstly they LISTENED to what we said rather than ram scare tactic sales techniques down our throats, something I cannot say about another agent we asked to value. Second their staff were always courteous and treated us with respect. You'd think that would go without saying, but not always the case! Third they gave honest advice about a realistic market price. Belvoir took excellent property photos and did not charge an extra fee, unlike competitors. They marketed well on the internet portals - again for no extra fee. Jon dealt with everything from valuation to offer acceptance and it then passed to Jamie. Throughout we were given weekly updates even if there was nothing much to report. I really recommend this agency for their professional 'modern' approach. Even though we could not instruct for several weeks after valuation, Jon did not use scare tactics to try to force our hand to sign up but understood our circumstances and he did keep us updated with useful email updates on market trends until we were in a position to formally sign up and market. Jamie chased solicitors during the process of offer to completion and also gave weekly updates so we were never left in the dark. GoogleI was a first time renter but Belvoir made the process seamless. Jo Jones put me at ease during checking-in and checking-out and so it was less stressful than I had anticipated. I always felt that the interests of the tenant were as important as those of the landlord. Everyone in the office were also great at responding to emails and getting admin things sorted.
