First class service We first met with Brian and Mike who were knowledgeable about the area and our property. Their sales service was great and they kept us up to date with viewings and responses. Very good at explaining offers we had in and negotiating them. Once we had sold Natalie was great at keeping us and solicitors informed and moving forward. GoogleWe purchased a property in Basingstoke being listed by Belvoir, we had also looked at 4 other properties listed by Belvoir. We always had a great service from the Sales team, especially on viewings. When we decided on the right property they were always on the ball, following up and chasing Silicitors etc for updates to ensure we met the expected dates and completion it was a great service and a great team effort from them all, I would highly recommend their services to all.

GoogleOur experience with Belvoir when selling our property was professional and efficient from the first evaluation through to completion. They were always easy to contact and kept us regularly updated throughout the process, regularly chasing all solicitors to keep things moving. When arranging viewings they contacted us via the phone and would always backup with an email (both when arranging an appointment and if any were cancelled) We never felt under any pressure to accept an offer (in our experience many other estate agents push for as quick a sale as possible) and were given a good appraisal of the value of our property. GoogleMy rental relationship with Belvoir began in 2011 & ended in 2022. I have always found the whole team to be extremely helpful, polite & friendly. I have rented 2 properties from them & they couldn’t have helped more when looking for my 2nd property. So easy to raise & report any repairs. The whole process from the original rental to moving out was made simple due to their outstanding customer service with a special mention to Jo Jones ( Property Assessor) & Andrew Lowery (Maintenance Director) are the reason I am happy to give such a glowing report. Highly recommended
