GoogleAO delivered a replacement fridge freezer for me but in error they failed to unpack & install. I only discovered this as they were leaving & they refused to check the order. I rang Belvoir very concerned as it was a Saturday morning & I now had no fridge freezer to use and was unable myself to safely remove the new one from the packaging & get it into position. Rachel T was very concerned as installation had been requested so kindly offered to come out with her husband when she finished work at lunchtime to help. They both arrived and were able to assist me in removing packaging & getting into position. She went above & beyond what was expected in her position (was hoping for merely a phone call to AO to query order). She is a credit to Belvoir.

I recently bought a 5 bedroom house in Basingstoke. Emily showed us the house followed by Katie. They were very nice , professional and followed all covid 19 rules.
I used speak to Jamie, Sarah Jane and Emily regularly over the phone regarding the purchase. Emily introduced me to Jack the mortgage advisor who helped me with the mortgage. Jamie always kept us upto date with process. Whole team of Belvoir Basingstoke is very patient and helpful. There was time when I almost lost the property, bit Jamie helped me to retain it. I wasn't able to collect the keys. Jamie very promptly sent lovely John with the house keys and a very useful surprise gift. They added a personal touch to the whole purchase process and held my hand throughout. I am really happy with the whole team and ever so grateful to them.
