As a first time buyer, i had a lot of question and was supported in every step of the purchase by Belvoir. I found them to be very professional in their work. Matt Smith was excellent in helping out with negotiation and closing the deal and keeping everything in order till the deal when through. I highly recommend them as an estate agent for buying home.

Within a week or two, all our issues were solved thanks to their prompt and professional way of handling problems. A special thank you to Rachel and the whole maintenance team. GoogleI have been a tenant with Belvoir Basingstoke since Feb'2022 and it has been always a pleasure dealing with the agency. Recently had some issues with appliances in the apartment and Belvoir's maintenance team was very proactive in helping to resolve the issue. Kept me updated with the status while coordinating with Owner and the maintenance team. Rachel and Erica from Belvoir basingstoke team were great to work with in resolving all the issues. I've just completed as a first time buyer with Belvoir & I couldn't recommend them more, made a very overwhelming stressful time, so much easier & smooth sailing. Always super quick responses to any questions. The 'moving in box' of gifts they gave me at key pick up, was such a delightful touch. A bunch of legends. 11/10 thank you all so much

GoogleI have just vacated a property, rented through Belvoir Basingstoke, after three and a half years and want to the members of the team I had contact with. They were always very helpful, replied quickly to my emails or messages and kept me up to date with progress on any maintenance issues I reported. Jo Jones dealt with my end of tenancy and deposit return promptly which was a big help at a very stressful time.

FacebookBelvoir Basingstoke have been fantastic during our tenancy over the last two years. In conjunction with the landlord they have always resolved maintenance issues quickly (thankfully there haven't been many during our tenancy anyway). But more than that they have made the whole process, from viewing the property, to living there and now exiting the property as it is being sold. We couldn't recommend Belvoir in Basingstoke and the landlord (who is now selling their properties) enough. Thank you to the whole Team at Belvoir Basingstoke.
