GoogleI have used Belvoir in Basingstoke for the past years renting out my property and recently I used them to sell the same house. All the services I have used from them have been first class. On the letting side, they are quick to resolve faults that the tennant brings to their attention and keep on top of all the routine tasks. I haven't had to worry about my landlord obligations. On the selling side, they were flexible and quickly to come up with revised plans when buyers pulled out and gave great advice. From all the estate agents in Basingstoke, they are the best ones.
