FacebookFrom the first visit from Belvoir Estate Agents to our completion yesterday, we have had excellent service. Both Sarah-Jane and Natalie kept us updated on the progress even when we lost our 1st Buyer and took a sales break. We would recommend them to any new customers

GoogleSadly Belvoir are awful, I nearly pulled out of my property purchase due to their unprofessionalism. They constantly get information wrong, are rude, and seem to think bullying is the way to get things done. If you don't want your buyer to pull out, I don't suggest going with Belvoir.

GoogleIt has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Jo at Belvoir. From beginning of tenancy to the end we have received outstanding service. We only vacated because we have purchased a house. Any concerns were dealt with timeously. Rent inspections were scheduled and our time respected. Refund of deposit was received without any delays. Thank you Jo and team. GoogleWe have recently sold our property through Belvoir and we had a first class service from the beginning until the end. Starting with the thorough, professional and accurate house evaluation done by Alastair. Followed by the house viewings expertly arranged and delivered by Katy, Megan and Alastair. And ending with the amazing support from their move manager, Natalie, who updated us regularly with the progress of the sale, pushed for a timely completion speaking with the entire chain and also the solicitors. Every single time when we called the office and spoke with a member of the team we were impressed with their willingness to answer our questions, to provide help and to ensure that the house sale is actually progressing.

GoogleCan not thank Natalie at Belvoir Basingstoke enough for all of her help with our move. Me and my partner are first time buyers and it's been a very stressful time for us but with Natalie's help it was made so much better. There was nothing but constant support from her and the team at Belvoir.

GoogleIt's normally considered that an estate agent is there to represent the interests of the vendors who have engaged the agent. However, as buyers of a property marketed by Belvoir we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of effort put in by Natalie in making sure the chain was prodded at regular intervals, even assisting with our interactions with our own solicitors (at the end of the day Natalie knows the process and we don't so it's always good to get that info to help make sure everything is being done right!). Really pleased to find them essentially acting for both parties after the sale / purchase was agreed, and if we ever decide to sell we'll be using Belvoir (and hopefully Natalie!) as our agent. Very impressed and highly recommended!

GoogleWe rented a property from Belvoir from 2011 to 2023. Throughout this time, everything we asked for was expedited quickly and efficiently with no undue delays. When we checked out, after 12 years, the process was extremely quick and smooth with absolutely no problems over the return of our deposit. Our main contact at Belvoir was Jo Jones who did our regular property inspections and has been thoroughly competent and professional throughout our tenancy. I would recommend Belvoir to anyone in the area looking to rent. David

GoogleI let my house twelve years ago and Belvoir have been my agents for the entire time. I have been very pleased with the service they have provided and have never had cause for complaint. I recently decided to sell my house and offered my tenants ( they have been in the house for the entire period) first refusal to buy. Coincidentally they were just about to give me notice that they were moving on. Jo Jones, Belvoir’s property assessor, has carried out the checkout and post checkout processes quickly and efficiently and kept me updated very step of the way. I’m very grateful that my landlady experience has been so stress and trouble free. I would highly recommend Belvoir Basingstoke Letting as management agents to anyone considering renting out property.

Their application for logging the issues is quite effective and their turnaround time to get the contractor at the site and get those resolved have been always effective. I never had a single complaint about issue resolution on my rented property. However the real experience comes when one steps out of the property and the checkout process kicks in. I had my prior bad experiences and others known however I am really pleased and satisfied to share that Belvoir has continued their high standards of their service even till the end of the checkout process. They have been very fair in their assessment, represented the tenant quite nicely to the owner and that in the end has resulted into very satisfying and happy experience. #Jo, #Laura, #Sandra, #Kate #Abi #Kirsty and few others have all been very helpful from time to time over my 4 years tenancy period and I am very thankful to them for their great service and support. #Jo has been very kind and helpful in helping me through the end of tenancy expectations and related and am very much thankful to her for making this end of tenancy experience very pleasant and happy.
