They are worth the fee!!! Belvior were the first agent to respond promptly to my enquiry to sell my home. They gave me a honest valuation which reflected current market mood. They are friendly, have excellent local knowledge and good customer service. They managed to sell my house within 2-3 weeks of it being in the market. Communication throughout the process was good. Perhaps what would could be improved is having an online portal to track sale progress. Great service overall 🌟

I am very Happy with Belvoir. Although I had to vacate the home early but wasn't Belvoir's fault and purely Landlord. Belvoirs Tenancy Fee is marginal and other thing that worries any tenant is the inventory which is well kept by Belvoir and most of the details are well captured. Another plus point is the maintenance which is very prompt and easy to raise through their portal. I have recently moved in to another property managed by Belvoir and hopeful to have a good association with them. I would recommend Belvoir to my Friends as well.

We have recently sold our house with another agent but Belvoir sold at the top of the chain, which was of 5 properties. We were property number 3 in the chain so this is quite an unsettling position to be in due to what can or cannot happen at either end during the process. Matt, the Manager, from Belvoir took on the role of keeping all communications along the chain going, he had permission to add all the agents, solicitors, buyers and vendors into this weekly feed. We found this extremely useful as during this process you would have no clue as to what progress is taking place with anyone else or if it is you and your solicitor that may be holding things up. As it got closer to exchange Matt ramped up the communication and expedited the last bit of the process. We would like to thank Matt for doing this and to easing the stress of selling and buying a house, we feel that he went above and beyond his duties.

The team at Belvoir were extremely helpful from the valuation to completion of the sale. They kept us up to date at all stages from viewings to completion. The property was priced realistically and marketed really well we were kept upto date with viewings and feedback which was really useful. Quick Sale!

We weren't dead set on moving house, however we found our perfect home via Belvoir, Jamie took us round and we decided to put in an offer despite having not sold our place, our offer was accepted subject to selling our property within two weeks! - Jamie was great, we went on holiday skiing and passed our keys to him to work his magic - on the 14th day we managed to sell our property and our offer was officially accepted. Despite the fact that the rest of the process took longer than expected, through no fault of Belvoir, Matt provided us with weekly updates from the acceptance of the offer through to exchange of contracts which was fantastic and kept us at ease!

They didn't stop trying!

Unfortunately for us we hit the market at the wrong time, just before the snap election was called and as a result people were being ultra cautious. Despite the fact that it took longer than expected to sell, Matthew and his team did not give up and found us a great buyer in the end who offered very close to asking price. Not only that but we felt that they did a good job at steering the sale through the whole process, from the acceptance of the offer through to exchange of contracts and we were really grateful for that as there were a few scary bumps along the way for us. WHY I´M SO GLAD I CHOSE BELVOIR

In 2012, I made contact with Belvoir in Basingstoke, because I was having problems with my then letting agent. For example, some rent owed to me had been paid by the tenant but had not been passed on to me. My residence is in Germany and it would be inconvenient to have to travel to the UK just to check that the letting of my property there is being properly managed. Mike Jones impressed me immediately. I then severed my business with the previous agent and formally asked Belvoir to take over. Since then, I have developed a complete trust in Mike and his team. Last year, their friendly professionalism gave me peace of mind when they coped admirably with a recurrent and intermittent fault in the boiler. It was not the first time they had taken action on their own initiative while keeping me informed of the situation several hundred miles away. I shall continue to rely on Belvoir.

It has been a very smooth process for me as I already have a tenant in my property within few weeks of application. Having said that they are very strict in security vetting. House was listed and within 1 day we had multiple viewings and an offer shortly after. Sale went through smoothly.
