Even though Charters weren't our agent MIke and the team couldn't do enough for us in asisting with the puchase of our dream home. Like most people we are somewhat suspicious of the methods agents use in the property market but happy to say that working with Mike has proved that there are agents who are dedicated and focussed on trying to make these deals as painless and fast as possible and his bubbly, friendly nature helps keeps the process on a personal and professional level. Thanks to him and his team for helping keep our sanity and securing us the deal.

Michael has shown himself to be a competent, profession and imaginative agent over a period of years. Firstly during an aborted buying process and recently through a difficult and protracted selling process he has remain level headed, professional and kept me informed at every stage of selling when other links in the chain have performed poorly. Without him and his fellow staff the selling process may have collapsed. May I finally say that his good nature has enabled him to laugh at my jokes.

Throughout the protracted sale of our property, through no fault of Charters, Mike constantly updated us - always available to chase other estate agents/solicitors involved in the chain. Always in pursuit of resolving the issues involved in a complicated chain. Through out the process, the whole team were fully aware of our situation and able to answers queries, in Mike's absence. This is obviously a reflection of Mike being an excellent Branch Partner and ensure the staff worked as a team.

Its difficult to make a move to a new geographic area after living in one house for so many years. So what we were looking for was guidance from people who would take the trouble to listen to and really understand our needs, help us with the inevitable compromises by showing us the relative strengths of what could be available. That required the natural patience to allow us to make our own well informed choice under no pressure. We received honest never overstated advice from someone whom we liked and admired on a personal level. He provided a thoroughly professional service in which we developed complete confidence.
