First Class Service

Having viewed around 50 properties with various agents beforehand, our first experience with Charters provided us with a perfect new home. The house had just been taken on and Hayley arranged our viewing before it even went on the market. We loved it right away and Sarah was great in helping us make our offer and "seal the deal" roughly 45 minutes after viewing. Both Hayley and Sarah have been very professional, efficient, friendly and approachable since that day. Justin has been incredibly helpful in my search for a property. He always listens and pays attention and factors in what he has learned to tailor future recommendations to our needs. Marion has been fantastic! We recently found ourselves with an expired mortgage product close to completion and without Marion's help we would have been in a very awkward position indeed. From the first time we walked into Charters in Alton Mike has been the friendly, supportive, professional estate agent that everyone needs. He has been there managing the purchase of our new home from the builder and communicating with the agent selling our previous one. Having had one abortive purchase, due to personal health problems, Mike was absolutely brilliant in achieving the full return of my reservation deposit. He and his colleagues worked tirelessly to find the perfect home for me, which he duly did. Good communication

The purchase was very long and protracted due to issues at at the top of the chain. As purchasers we were technically not Charters client, but Mike was in constant contact helping us to finally exchange contracts after 6 attempts (on one occasion responding whilst on holiday!). I'm fairly confident that had Mike not been involved the chain would have collapsed.
