GoogleEveryone at Charters was super helpful when me and my partner began our house buying journey as first time buyers. We were clueless and Edward was very friendly and informative, he made me feel at ease! He arranged a mortgage advice meeting with Rob (who has also been fantastic!), which helped us to understand our options, and arranged a wide range of house viewings so that we could get an idea of what we wanted. Upon finding our house, Edward has still been available to answer any questions and give us advice - he always replies quickly and has kept us up to date with the progress of our chain. I would highly recommend Charters - they are real, friendly and knowledgeable estate agents, easy to communicate with and always at the other end of the line to answer any questions.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI have been dealing with Amy from the Alton branch with a potential purchase. Having dealt with a number of agents from around the area I find her, as well as her team extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I have spoken with a couple of employees at the branch, from first impressions they seem to be advocating a break from the norm in terms of what estate agents are typically known for. GoogleIf there were more than 5 stars then we would give it!! Hayley has just confounded the very slow housing market by selling our house. Never give up because Charters certainly don't!! The whole office has been superb right from the beginning and we would have no hesitation in fully recommending them.

GoogleOur experience with Charters was a somewhat bumpy ride as the house we were due to buy last year (2019) unfortunately fell through. However throughout our journey with Charters the staff could not have been more helpful. We dealt with Jamie, Johnathan and Edward at Charters in Alton and they were incredibly friendly, informative, understanding and got back to us very quickly. They were always happy to give advice and guidance and nothing was ever too much effort for them. After the sale fell through they made every effort to find an alternative house purchase for us but were never pushy and understood exactly what we were searching for. Having been searching for our first home for over a year now we have dealt with many different estate agents and I can honestly say of them all Charters is certainly one of the best and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

GoogleCharters did very well in selling our flat, we had gone through 4 different estate agents before we came to them all of which had no luck selling it. The team at charters were on top of everything. We lost our first buyer late on in the sale and they pulled out all the stops to get us another buyer which was successful within a month of losing our buyer. Having viewed around 50 properties with various agents beforehand, our first experience with Charters provided us with a perfect new home. The house had just been taken on and we were able to view before it went on the market. We loved it right away and Sarah was great in helping us make our offer and "seal the deal" roughly 45 minutes after viewing. Both Sarah and Hayley have been very professional, efficient, friendly and approachable since that day. I would highly recommend them both to give excellent advice and guidance throughout the process of finding and selecting the right property. Thank you both so much.
