Charters were excellent

We bought a house that was being sold by Charters in Alton and they have been fantastic. The team have been extremely professional yet friendly throughout. What is important with buying a house is the effective communication and clear explanations of the processes and steps involved. Jonathan, Mike and everyone at Charters, Alton clearly pride thesleves with this and have been extremely easy to work with. I just wish we sold our property with them!

We organised an valuation with the Alton branch. Sarah came out on the Friday and told me a figure for the house . By the Tuesday we had a viewing and by the Thursday the house was sold. Sarah and the team were brilliant. If I want to sell again Sarah and Charters will be the first Agent I would call.

Such a helpful lady!

I have to highly recommend Sacha. She really goes out of her way to find you the right property. She is very friendly and easy to talk to & has been the only agent to patiently go through all the properties with me. She also calls regularly with price updates and keeps me informed of anything new coming onto the market. I have to give her top marks for the effort she puts in !

Easiest house move thanks to Mike!
