After 4 months of house searching trying to find our dream house and during that time each time a new house came on the market Toby Beagley was straight on the phone to make us aware of a new property, unlike other estate agents which you may hear from infrequently. He always remembered what properties we had seen and took on board our dislikes and made sure when eventually a new build came onto the market we were the first purchasers through the door. I can't recommend Toby Beagley at Charters' Alton office enough. His attention to detail and good memory helped us find the house of our dreams. I signed with Charters in Alton in November 2018 as i was extremely impressed with Sarah Harris who came to assess my property. She was extremely efficient and totally honest with every question I asked and was such a lovely person to deal with and that view has never changes. Since they have been marketing my property i have met all the staff either in the office or when they have brought round prospective buyers and every one of the staff there are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and cannot do enough for you. Unfortunately due to the downturn in the property market, I have now decided to rent my property for the foreseeable future and again everyone at Charters could not have been more caring or helpful in organising this, together with so much advice and help. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Charters of Alton to anyone wanting to market their property either for sale or to rent and couldn't rate them highly enough. Sarah, Hayley, Jonathan, Jamie and Mary are all wonderful, feel like friends, have always been readily available with superb advice and support and I am very grateful to them all for everything. She has been quick and super efficient, working around our busy timetables, able to speak evenings and weekends..
