GoogleSpoke to Scott at length today about a property I was considering viewing/buying - the property was being sold by a different estate agent. Scott was very informative, spending time discussing the pros and cons of the property and the location. He even went as far as having me email the home report to him and then talked me through it! Earlier this year, George from your move, valued my property, I was very impressed by George’s professional manner. The service was very informative. Since George’s visit he has kept in touch but there has been no pushy sales. I have bought and sold several properties over the years and have dealt with a number of estate agents who, quite frankly, were not very interested, basically leaving me to sell my own house! This will definitely not be the case with Your Move, Dalgety Bay! I have not put my house on the market as yet, but if and when I do I will use them. All calls were returned promptly, questions (of which I had many!) were answered and all done with a genuine smile. It's very easy to be tempted by the cheapest quote when selling your home but from experience the cheapest doesn't always represent best value and, credit where it's due, these guys were excellent to a fault. GoogleThe staff at Your Move in Dundee were all very helpful, and gave regular, clear information and updates on the letting process. Even though I couldn't view the flat in person due to the previous tenant still being in residence, I was provided with an up to date video tour which was really good. I am very happy with my new flat, and how easy it was to rent, even during the Covid restrictions. GoogleWe are landlords and had used Your Move in the past when they had an office in Perth. We had slight reservations about using an agent in Dundee for a property in Perth but we need not have worried. Carol and Paul were helpful, professional and excellent at keeping us up to date at every stage of the process. They arranged for a photographer to do a virtual viewing which worked extremely well and found a tenant relatively quickly.
