GoogleExperience has been highly positive so far. Iβm grateful to my letting manager, Elaine Thompson, for handling issues or concerns I have raised in the past promptly with both professionalism and empathy.
I recently had an issue with my washing machine completely breaking down and within just one morning after being notified of the issue, Elaine was able to liaise with the landlord to get it replaced. Not only was it the solution I was hoping for, but Elaine expressed sympathy for my situation at the same time which was reassuring. I am very pleased with the outcome and couldnβt have asked for a better service.

This team of people are so professional, efficient, very quick and responsive to any of my requests or questions Ive had over the 12 Years. Even with my work patterns and awkward hours, Kerra always did her best to work around me and make everything as easy and stress-free as possible. She kept me updated, answered any questions I had and was always happy to help.

GoogleDaniel has been superb in helping my husband and I navigate the world of renting through an agency. It was new to us and we couldnt have had a better experience with Daniels patience, excellent communication and helpfulness, he went above and beyond thinking outside of the box when we had some technical difficulties and really made us feel he was just as invested in getting us a home for our family as we were! His humour also helped at quite a stressful time... moving and having 5 kids isnt for the faint of heart!
