I can’t recommend Kerra from Your Move enough. She was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process, always friendly, reliable and there whenever I needed help. Even with my work patterns and awkward hours, Kerra always did her best to work around me and make everything as easy and stress-free as possible. She kept me updated, answered any questions I had and was always happy to help. A massive thank you to Kerra for all her help. She made the whole experience so much easier, and I’d definitely recommend her to anyone!

We have looked at several properties in Wigtownshire and, despite not buying through Your Move Dumfries (we found a property which turned out to be more suitable elsewhere), we had the company leave a very good impression and we will gladly deal with them in the future. Stacia has been excellent at handling our enquiry and building rapport. She was friendly, accomodating and found time to show us the property on a day at at a time to suit us. So despite not buying through Your Move this time round, they are our first choice now and in the future. They seem to see a bigger picture - they want to be there for us whenever we need them in the future, not to just secure a sale today at any cost. This is how relationships are built: Your Move understand they may not have a suitable property today but understand they may get the custom in the future and genuinely look after their prospective customers. I've got to say a huge thank you to Your Move Estate Agents in Dumfries for an all round first class experience through a relatively turbulent purchase. I worked with Stacia Henderson, and communication was just easy and flowing from the word go. She was always open to my needs & questions, and even connected me through to some other members of the team when I needed help on a rental valuation (big thanks to Chris McCutcheon as well). Most of all I'd say the positivity, friendliness and patience of Stacia kept the boat steady throughout. Highly recommend.

Excellent Estate Agent, where the majority can't be bother to call back, lacked enthusiam & generally time wasting, Your Move was the exception. From the recepitionist to the Agents. Their politeness, and friendliness was outstanding. A special mention must be for Laura Graham, who from the start was helpful, friendly and such a pleasure to deal with. Unprofessional and untrustworthy!My partner Caitlin( left a review which "Your move" denied ever dealing with) and I found it extremely frustrating when dealing with the female estate agent who failed to call back and keep us informed after making promises to do so. We spent weeks chasing up this person who failed to deliver on her promises. In my opinion I would stay well clear and find a professional estate agent.

We booked an initial appointment with Your Move to get a feel for the market and to see what their feel was for our property. The guy who came was here 15 minutes, brought no information with him, didn’t know there was a property for sale just a couple of doors down from us and we still haven’t had any costings or information from them four days later. I am guessing they didn’t want to market our property and it would have been great if they had just been straightforward with us rather than waste our time!!!! We had very different experiences with other Estate Agents and have gone elsewhere. I don’t mind that they didn’t want to represent us but some common courtesy would have been nice!
