This is not my first time selling with Your Move but the experience left me leaving a 5 star review the last time so I decided it was a no brainer to go with them again. When they gave me an estimate for the valuation of the house they also gave me additional contacts to help with engineers for a loft conversion. When the house was put on the market we had many viewings in the first week and our first offer was within a few weeks which we accepted. The process was simple and they carried out all the viewings without me needing to be there.

As far as I know my property is sold and it has been a smooth process with Your Move Dundee. I had a non traditional build property to sell which limited my options as Ian let me know so I didn't pursue the sealed bid option due to a cash buyer coming forward . I can't comment much on viewings as these ended pretty quickly but these were organised quickly and clearly. The marketing spread was good with near perfect pictures and excellent 3d options. Choose YourMove for a sympathetic transparent agency.

Simply put, we could not have managed our move without huge effort from Paul and Carol at Your Move. Trying to engineer our move from Ireland to Scotland was a real challenge given the shortage of rental properties. On countless occasions, we were told that there were 40/50 applications for each property. Paul and Carol were the only agency to engage with us meaningfully, they had managed the process for us, kept in regular contact by phone and email, walked us through the parts of the process that we were unsure of. In short, they came to the rescue at a really stressful time. Happily, they secured a lovely place for myself, my partner, and the dog. I honestly could not recommend them enough.
