This is the second time we have used the Your Move (Falkirk) rental team to source tenants. Michelle and Danni went above and beyond in both commissions offering advice and market insight and providing complete end to end care. Their approach felt more of a valued partner than 'wheel turning' service provider. Both a very personable and professional service and we were also able to have a good giggle along the way! I recently rented a flat in Falkirk through Your Move and was impressed with the service. Danni was my main point of contact, and made the process remarkably straightforward. Flexible with viewing times, quick to respond, and always happy to answer questions. At the branch, Michelle guided me through the ID and reference checks and offered helpful advice on managing utilities, taking the time to explain everything clearly.
