GoogleWe were very fortunate to have the lovely Jodi Lamond as the estate agent to the property we bought. From the very start Jodi has been very helpful and very professional. As a very excited first time buyer Jodi helped me along the way with each process as it was all very new to me. For us this house is a house we have been waiting to come up in around a year and with jodi’s amazing help this house is now ours. I honestly can’t thank Jodi enough. If you are ever interested in selling your house then I can’t recommend her enough. Even though we didn’t sell through Rightmove and Jodi she’s is so great at what she does. GoogleAbsolute shambles of a letting agent.would not recommend to worst enemy. Apart from the poor quality maintenance during my stay there and the disgusting length of time it took to get anyone out to fix a problem they also have massively contributed to the ongoing abuse and stress of myself due to their unwillingness to show empathy or care to support in any way. I fled my rented property due to domestic abuse, I begged the letting agency to remove my name from the property and explained the reasons I left for mine and my daughter's safety...they refused. The branch manager that I dealt with Lisa actually told me to my face that when my ex partner was evicted the arrears would be gone and they wouldn't chase me for it, when I asked for this in writing she declined to give it and then flat out denied saying it. I was taken to court and chased for £6000 of arrears that were ALL built up from the month after I left the property. Yourmoves lawyer stated in their case that "I knew the correct procedure to follow to take my name off of the lease and I should have done that"... When in fact they knew I was unable to get my ex to agree to terminating our joint tenancy. They used this to their advantage. Now one year after I have left and not had any access to the property I have been given 14 days to pay arrears that are not mine. Although yourmove has laws they need to follow , I have since found out there were loopholes they could have told me about to help in my dier situation which they didn't. They have also continued chasing monthly despite me not living at the address anymore causing a great deal of stress and anxiety. I will hopefully never have to deal with the company again.

GoogleJust this week we bought a house through Your Move and have been really happy with the whole experience so far! We originally dealt with Jodi who took us through a virtual viewing before our 'in the flesh' viewing. After being successful on closing date we got to meet Margaret and a couple more of the team when we went to the office to hand in some documents. Everyone we have spoken to on the team has shown a great interest in us and we feel that they are genuinely happy for us! We havent once had that feeling of being sold to, we feel like everyone at Your Move is on our journey with us wishing us every success! GoogleI have been looking to rent a property since returning to Scotland after many years abroad. I have my own feelings about estate agents and usually they are not very good. I contacted a few estate agents on my return and found them to be a mixed bag. I popped into your move in Falkirk even though I am not looking in that are. I am sorry I was given a couple of names but didn't take them down which was my own fault but please accept my apologies for that. The first girl I spoke to was heavily pregnant, she was lovely made me feel welcome and I felt that she gave me all her attention while I was there even though I did say I was just looking for some advice. There was a girl called Gillian she was one of the managers, she gave me fantastic advice about renting and things that have changed in Scotland since I have been away. What made this service extra special was that both these girls cleary understood that they were not getting a sale from me but were both still very willing to help. You almost made me want to move to Falkirk so I could do business with you guys. I did say almost lol. Thanks for a great service and starting to change my mind about estate agents. Robbie

GoogleWe visited several agents before choosing Your Move Falkirk to find a new tenant for s rental property. We decided upon Your Move because of the professional and reassuring manner by which we were dealt with. The process from start to finish was seamless and we were impressed that our points of contact was limited to Lisa and Fiona, both of whom were always aware of our current situation. The flat was visited by Lisa and she was clear in her expectations in regards to a suitable tenant and this was reflected in the viewers. We were delighted with our tenant who we feel meets our expectations. The main point in any review is whether we would use Your Move Falkirk again and we happily would do so,
