GoogleI used Lynn Maxwell at Your Move for purchasing my first home. She made the process stress free and sorted everything for me, I definitely would have struggled without the help. She has also helped me everytime my mortgage comes up for renewal to find the best deals possible and to reduce the length of my mortgage. Big thanks to Lynn and the Your Move team for all the work they do.

GoogleI couldn’t fault Morven and the team at Your Move. They’re all so kind and seemed genuinely excited for me getting an offer accepted. When I picked up the keys I got the loveliest little welcome box that included cider, chocolate, mixer, cleaning samples, discount codes for lots of places like Argos, Wayfair and AO. Truly fab service!

GoogleAfter initially receiving a poor valuation and advice from a Linlithgow agent when selling a property in Bo'ness, we approached Your Move in Falkirk. Best thing we ever did. Marion and her team were very upbeat and positive from the initial consultation through to the final offer for sale. Can't recommend the service that we received highly enough.

GoogleI am moving in with my partner early next year and called to discuss how much I could rent my property out for, I did this with several local agents. I spoke with the Lettings Manager who actually had a discussion with me and never actually threw figures at me. No other agent provided as much information regarding renting out my property. I will be getting Your Move out early next year to market my property when I move.

She has been very helpful and friendly throughout the last 6 or so months. She has a great telephone manner and made things bearable throughout this long drawn out period. GoogleSent an email and left a voicemail with the goal to purchase a property through Your Move Estate agents in Falkirk for cash. Received a call back the next morning from a lady who at first did not want to identify herself, after repeatedly asking her name she at first responded with "I am from Your Move Estate Agents" then on the 3rd or 4th time reluctantly told me her name was Jodi. Was completely condescending from the first sentence. Was very uncomfortable call where she demanded answers to quite sensitive questions and seemed to somehow combine a haughty/posh and really uneducated manner all at the same time. I knew the building for sale quite well as I live a few doors down from it and had instructed my solicitor to make an offer. Jodi insisted that was "Not how it was done" and that I must view it first and refused to listen to my plea to just make an offer while still demanding answers to sensitive questions. She then accused me of having a "tone" with her, which to be fair at that point in the conversation was probably true. Had had enough of her nonsense and told her did not want to do business with her and instead of passing me to someone else the phone was disconnected. Didn't even bother to ask the amount of my offer which would have been £10 000 over asking.

GoogleYour Move operate a really friendly and efficient team in Falkirk. They explained the process to us clearly and once appointed made a really big effort to market and sell our house. They managed a huge number of viewing appointments effortlessly and kept us informed and updated along the way which was really appreciated. I would highly recommend them for sale of a property in the Falkirk area.
