My wife and I were looking for a rental property close to my parents in Broughty ferry. This is not my first time selling with Your Move but the experience left me leaving a 5 star review the last time so I decided it was a no brainer to go with them again. When they gave me an estimate for the valuation of the house they also gave me additional contacts to help with engineers for a loft conversion. When the house was put on the market we had many viewings in the first week and our first offer was within a few weeks which we accepted. The process was simple and they carried out all the viewings without me needing to be there.

I was searching for rental property in Dundee, and I found Your Move very helpful. The agent, Eve Dewar, took into account my requirements, and provided me with suitable options. She was patient enough to answer all my queries, and the communication was very prompt and smooth. She is very professional and the daunting process of search for a good rental property was made easy. Simply put, we could not have managed our move without huge effort from Paul and Carol at Your Move. Trying to engineer our move from Ireland to Scotland was a real challenge given the shortage of rental properties. On countless occasions, we were told that there were 40/50 applications for each property. Paul and Carol were the only agency to engage with us meaningfully, they had managed the process for us, kept in regular contact by phone and email, walked us through the parts of the process that we were unsure of.
