The staff at Your Move in Dundee were all very helpful, and gave regular, clear information and updates on the letting process. Even though I couldn't view the flat in person due to the previous tenant still being in residence, I was provided with an up to date video tour which was really good. I am very happy with my new flat, and how easy it was to rent, even during the Covid restrictions. Brilliant experience selling with Your Move. Great marketing and very quick and easy process from initial meeting to getting the house to market. I particularly appreciated the communication and regular updates from Gregor, who worked really hard to get us the sale we wanted. He was totally on the ball with the sale and ensured viewers were serious buyers before arranging viewings. Elina was great every time I spoke to her on the phone too. We are landlords and had used Your Move in the past when they had an office in Perth. We had slight reservations about using an agent in Dundee for a property in Perth but we need not have worried. Carol and Paul were helpful, professional and excellent at keeping us up to date at every stage of the process. They arranged for a photographer to do a virtual viewing which worked extremely well and found a tenant relatively quickly. As far as I know my property is sold and it has been a smooth process with Your Move Dundee. I had a non traditional build property to sell which limited my options as Ian let me know so I didn't pursue the sealed bid option due to a cash buyer coming forward . I can't comment much on viewings as these ended pretty quickly but these were organised quickly and clearly. The marketing spread was good with near perfect pictures and excellent 3d options. Choose YourMove for a sympathetic transparent agency.

First time owners and we decided to keep the property with Your Move like the previous owner had, in order to keep it simple and straightforward. It's been 3 months now and they still have not paid us any of the rentals! The tenants are paying rent on time, we have promptly provided everything that was requested from us, but all we getting is: "the accounting department is still processing your funds". Very bad first impressions, would not recommend and looking into getting out of the contact.

Please do not rent houses from Your Move as they always stand with landlord’s side specially in issues regarding your deposit. Currently I am having the same issue and they are rejecting to answer my calls while giving contact details to landlord to get quotations to make deductions from the deposit. In my case landlord is making frivolous accusations regarding the cleanliness of the washroom and try to deduct £175 from the deposit.
