GoogleI found Your Move very helpful in all aspects of communication through out the sale of our property. Any concerns or issues I had were very quickly dispelled and dealt with in a professional manner. Special mention of Rhonda Forbes who dealt with all my issues and concerns. Nothing was too much trouble.

GoogleCan't fault Your Move at all. Carol has been great. Got our flat rented out quickly. She and the rest of the staff are a pleasure to deal with and you always get a nice response. Been using them for years and hopefully for some time to come. Recommended to me and have been happy, would recommend myself too.

GoogleThis is the second time I've sold property through YourMove. Both times I found the staff extremely attentive and diligent at dealing with and following up potential buyers. Having YourMove conduct viewings for both sales was extremely useful too; my work times are usually at odds with viewers' chosen times so it was a relief to not have to take time off to show people around. As is common for most house purchases and sales, solicitors can be very good at holding the process up unnecessarily but Ian, the manager of the YourMove Dundee branch is on the ball when it comes to getting things moving again. From my experiences as a seller, I would thoroughly recommend the services of YourMove Dundee for anyone looking to sell their house.

GoogleI recently purchased a property that was represented by Your Move Dundee. I had made arrangements to pop by the office on a Saturday morning to pick-up the keys to my new flat. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the office no one was there, though the office was suppose to be open from 9am-1pm, and it was just after 11am. So in a follow-up communication I asked if they could courier the house keys to me or make some special arrangements, so that I won't have to leave my usual 8:30am-5pm employment to pick-up the keys. They did not make any special arrangements and seemed rather unconcerned about the difficulties that this caused for me. In the end, I gave up and took time off work to go pick-up the keys myself. Ultimately, what should have been a really pleasant moment in my life (as this was my first home purchase) became a difficult event, where customer service was none existent and I was made to feel like no one cared. Needless to say, I have no desire to ever do business with Your Move Dundee again.
