I dealt with YourMove (Hamilton, Cadzow St) when I was looking to rent a flat in May 2021. They could not have been more helpful, from my initial interest in the property, right up to receiving the keys. I was shown the property by Kirsty who I was initially dealing with. I found her to be very personable, professional and extremely responsive and timely when dealing with email and phone communications. Closer to the move date, I was kept up to speed by the remarkably able and friendly Aaron Bains. I was relocating to Fife from Aberdeen and needed to find somewhere to rent. Many of the properties I looked at were listed by Your Move, so I was in contact with them frequently. Michael at the Glenrothes branch was particularly helpful in finding me a place. Every time I called, someone was happy to help me out to either arrange a viewing or just answer questions about a property. Something that stood out about Your Move is that they offered live virtual viewings for most properties, which is in this day and age. As well as that, the photos taken of the properties are always of an excellent standard which makes a massive difference. Furthermore, every member of staff I spoke to was always friendly and welcoming. As properties are quite competitive at the moment, it took me some time to find something that was right for me. Even though I was in contact with Your Move quite regularly, sometimes several times a week, they were always happy to help in my search for a rental. After several weeks of looking I found something in my budget that I liked, and I put an offer in. After the landlord was happy to proceed, the team at Your Move made the process simple and hassle free. Everything from the initial viewing, to reference checks, to eventually collecting the keys was an easy and stress free process.
