GoogleHad a fantastic experience with Your Move. I met Joshua Wren at my property. He gave me a realistic valuation unlike many other agents. Got me viewings straight away and negotiated my property for me at asking price. Vicky the branch manager was fantastic at dealing with my transaction giving me regular feedback and updates on my sale. What a fantastic team! Worth every penny!

GoogleHad a recommendation to go and see Holie the independent financial adviser based in the your move offices in newton in regards to a new mortgage i found her very professional with an enthusiastic approach to getting the right mortgage to suit my needs and lifestyle. Holie was informative and knowledgeable throughout even going out of her way to send me updates on her days off. I would recommend her to any one who wants to look into a mortgage

GoogleI would like to share my experience with a gentlemen called Paul who works for Your Move Newton Abbot Devon. Estate Agents seem to get bad press about dealing with customers and not caring or working for the buyer. Well this gentlemen in my opinion has ticked every box whilst looking for a property to buy in the Newton area which i am not familiar with. Paul works for the buyer and the seller. Gives you his honest opinion. Great knowledge of the area. Keep you informed of how the move is going. Top man Paul i will always mention you if anyone is looking for a property to buy or sell.

GoogleI came in to your move on a busy Saturday to book a valuation for my house and after going into 2 other agents found them to be a breath of fresh air. I was greeted by Vicky as we walked through the door and asked to take a seat and she spent a lot of time with me discussing our circumstances. when Josh came to see me i felt he was so invested in our plans he suggested I see Hollie the mortgage adviser who arranged a decision in principle quickly and effectively. now we are on the market all the viewings are done by Paul who has been in the industry for many years, his experience has been invaluable. I have every confidence in the team to get me the best price for my house!!!

GoogleReally disappointed with the customer service in the Newton Abbot branch. I had to make over 10 calls to get a call back when wanting to rent somewhere in the area. You would think they would want the business but they just didn't care. Vicky was rude and not helpful and she was supposed to be a senior member!

GoogleKelly is a total ray of sunshine when you walk into the office! The most stressful process buying a house and she can always put a smile on the toughest of faces. She is super driven and clearly doesn't give up until she gets a result, not easy against the barriers of a property purchase or sale.
