I have been dealing with Sam Morse and Harry in the sale and I must say they have been absolutely amazing they have been very professional. I rang them at half 5 in the evening to see the house on a Wednesday evening to check a few bits and they were able to meet me with 30 minutes notice. No support whatsoever from this agency as a tenant, I have been literally told that "they work for the landlord" and wouldn't care about what's fair at all, all I exist for as a tenant is to pay and have only duties, no rights. Much, much time wasted in trying to communicate as every time I called I talked to a different person, which was never up to speed. New people kept then popping up as the new reference person for a specific part of our contract, who again didn't have a clue of what was going on, same as talking to a wall with a procedure printed on. Their job would be carried off far, far better by a computer.

I had been trying to sell my house with Purple Bricks for several months with no result. Eventually I put my house on the market with Your Move and it was sold stc within a week to the first viewer for a good price. The photographs were professional which is very important (not like the amateur mobile phone pictures taken by Purple Bricks). Paul was most helpful throughout the selling process, keeping me informed and getting solicitors moving. The moral of this story is DO NOT USE PURPLE BRICKS they cannot sell houses despite their Trustpilot reviews. Use a proper high street agent who are more effective and you will end up getting a better price for your house.

Our experience with YourMove has been excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and were happy to answer the millions of questions I had. I also felt they did everything possible to ensure the best sale was achieved for our property. As part of their services they offered us a meeting with their mortgage advisor, Hollie. Although we had already had a few meetings with other advisors we arranged a meeting anyway. It was the best decision we had made as she provided an amazing service, again quickly responding to all of the various question we had. Nothing was too much to ask and she managed to get us a great deal on our new mortgage too! Would highly recommend both YourMove and Hollie.
