Very happy with our new home ....etc. However, the link they sent us to help set up the bills was not very helpful to us because it didn’t work properly and non of our bills were set up and being payed. I rang your move about a property for sale the same day it was listed. The receptionist took my name and number, but they never returned my call. So I sent an email through right move explaining that I was interested and in a position to buy, as our house had been sold. Still no reply. So my wife rang, again details taken by the receptionist but they failed to ring us back. So another email direct to your move, and finally managed to speak to the sales team, to find out the house has sold. But even now if look at the house it is still available on right move? So not only can they not be bothered to return calls or emails, they can't even be bothered to update the listing as sold. Waste of time and I'm so glad I didn't sell my house with them.NegativeResponsiveness
