GoogleYour Move at Mannamead Rd have really helped me get through a complicated time, career change, relocating etc. They have gone above and beyond to help me get my house let and have provided me with the confidence that the house will be looked after and in safe hands. GoogleI let a property with Your Move Plymouth for almost 13 years and I then recently sold that property with them. The sales team is awesome. Kathryn and James have worked extremely hard to sell my property. It was a bit of a struggle for them with the market and some of the issues with my property. I really appreciate how persistent they were in giving appropriate advice, seeking a buyer and then quickly communicating and resolving any issues. There were many issues that were not their fault but they worked hard to communicate with all parties so we could move past the issues and complete the sale. Without their persistence and hard work my property would be back on the market. I really appreciate the team at this agency and would highly recommend you choose them to help you sell your property!

GoogleI’ve recently put my home on with your move in Newton Abbot, I can not thank them enough… from the beginning of meeting Josh who was very professional and made the beginning of the sale of my home stress free , pictures taken were of a good quality and very good for the property….. also explained about where my house would be advertised then I met Vicki who arranged viewings for the property again a very professional approach, got me multiple viewings for the property, as a lot of people will know you have highs and lows with selling property Vicki kept me informed all the way with a positive outlook on my home and eventually got me a very good offer , can not thank them enough, all in all would I recommend Your Move , Newton Abbot…. The answer is Yes …PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWOULD NOT RECOMMEND! We were hopeful going into contract with YourMove after out valuation with Josh who seemed motivated, upbeat and keen to sell our house for the best price and as quickly as possible considering how fast the market was moving. We ended our contract after 8wks due to lack of viewings (around 4 in that time), the feeling of lack of motivation when talking about feedback and blaming our availability as the reasons why viewings were far and few between. There never seemed like a sense of wanting to sell our house and the team in Newton Abbot did not seem to take a proactive approach. Further, they take payment for the professional pictures and say you will get the money back once they sell your house (which from our experience would be unlikely with the Newton Abbot branch). As they did not sell or provide ample viewings within the 8wks contract we decided to leave them and got told that no refund would be given for the professional pictures! We shortly after got into contract with another local estate agent and after a few weeks sold for asking price after a higher rate of viewings than we had in the 8wks listed with YourMove!NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI don't even know where to begin! From the start of my sale process, Jen and Vicky were fantastic. I had a couple of sales fall through and I was kept updated and informed the whole time, from phone calls and emails, to all the reassurance I needed. Everyone was so lovely and extremely supportive, especially as this was my first time selling and they managed to answer all my silly questions - nothing was too much trouble for them. They listened to me laugh and cry, sometimes at the same time and basically kept me sane. Selling in a pandemic wasn't easy but without the team at Your Move I have no idea how I would have got there. The team in Newton Abbot are a credit to Your Move and the company should be so proud to have these wonderful people working for them.
