GoogleWe are very happy with the service recieved from Paul in the office and Samantha, the Area Sales Progression Manager. They have both kept in touch, offering advice when needed and updating us as our sale progressed. If we had another house to sell Your Move would be our first choice.

GoogleIβve had a whirlwind of an experience buying my first property but the entire team have been incredibly helpful throughout. George was one of the nicest and least pushy agents Iβve had throughout all of my viewings with various agents and is a credit to your move. Having someone not force feed a sale, especially on my first property was invaluable in allowing me to make a decision. The female manager (sorry I canβt remember your name) was supportive and above all else, honest, which I could not appreciate more. Craig, however, goes above and beyond for his clients. Unfortunately Iβve probably got him on speed dial but he could not have been more professional, helpful and courteous throughout the process over the last few months. No issue is too small and Iβm so glad heβs been managing my purchase. He even missed out on the most stunning Barcelona Chair to push through the sale for me, even after numerous offers and set backs. Even more so, he is probably one of the loveliest and most genuine guys Iβve met during the entire process and I cannot thank him enough. Your Move is well worth considering for your sale / purchase.

GoogleWe highly recomend Your Move. They have provided us with excelent service. We would particulary like to thank Charlie Dibben, Samatha Morse and Max Johnston -Pope. They have all helped to make our housesale go through smoothly. It has not been easy for them as our first buyers droped out at the last minute. Charlie was straight on the case and managed to get new buyers the following week. Sam has been brillent chasing Solitors and checking that paperwork has been completed in good time. GoogleNEVER USE YOUR MOVE! We had nothing but problems from the word go when renting with Your Move our flat was infested with flees and had rats when we moved in. After them claiming the flat was "professionally cleaned." Them and the landlord refused to supply us with a general waste bin which massive breaches any responsibility of duty of care. SInce moving out they've tried to claim half of our deposit back (Β£463.50) for "professional cleaning". Which is laughable considering the state of the flat when we moved in. How anyone could have possibly said we'd left it in a worse state than when we'd arrived is beyond me. Carpets stank, as I said before there were flees, the bathroom was covered in mould. (All of these things we actually paid out our own pocket to fix because they were so slow at getting back to us.) So if anything we actually left it in a better state than we found it in. When we delivered this argument to Josephine she acknowledged that we shouldn't have to pay this and asked "would you kindly be willing to contribute to 50% of the landlords costs?" Which seems more like she was seeing if we'd be up for doing them a favour rather than actually believing we were liable to expenses. We of course declined her ambitious proposition as we're not liable to any expense. She also failed to provide me with a receipt to prove that the flat had been professionally cleaned prior to us moving in. We've since had to raise a dispute with mydeposits and are also in touch with the property ombudsman in the hope that they can rectify what is frankly a fraudulent scam. Everyday I drive passed that flat and see the lights off and still empty it brings a smile to my face! :)
Hi Charlie, Iβm sorry to hear you experienced some issues while you were at the property. The issue with the rats was sent straight over to the landlord for approval on the day it was reported, and a pest control attended less than a week later to have this sorted. I cannot see an issue with fleas was ever reported to us, had this of been, we could have investigated this for you. A professional clean was arranged with the landlord and following this an inventory was completed by 3rd party prior to your move in and was noted the property was in βgood domestic conditionβ and βvery good decorative orderβ throughout. I cannot see any record on the inventory (photos included) to suggest there was any issues with mould. Β The inventory noted some light marks on the carpets however no mention of any odours. The landlord has sought to make a claim from the deposit for the cleaning of the property after you vacated. I can see that you offered a contribution towards this which has been rejected by the landlord, and this has now gone to deposit dispute. MyDeposits have a throughout and rigid adjudication process so I will allow this to progress with no further comment whilst this is going through dispute.
